Returns

• ·       If you wish to initiate a return, please email info@primetimepetz.com with your order number and item you wish to return
• ·       Returns will be accepted 30 days from the date of delivery
• ·       To be eligible for a return, the item must be free from damage or defect
• ·       Please return in the original packaging

Shipping and Refunds

• ·       Return shipping labels will be emailed, please print the shipping label, affix it to the box, and drop the return off at a UPS drop off near you
•         The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.
